The Tallest House in the World Now on the Market for $1.5 Million

Within the beautiful landscapes of Prescott, Arizona lays the one and only Falcon Nest, aka the tallest house in the world. A 124-foot-tall residence that includes three bedrooms, four baths and outstanding views of the surrounding valley.
Built in 1994 and designed by Phoenix Architect Sukumar Pal, the 6,200-square foot property looks like the ultimate Villan’s lair with its with it’s show-stopping, 2,000-square-foot solarium.
In a sustainable approach, the building’s architecture utilizes many forms of alternative power to limit the energy consumption of its Luxurious amenities. Some of them include a hydraulic elevator that provides access from the ground floor to the sixth, passive solar technology and heating and cooling capabilities.

The main attraction – the solarium – consists of glass paneled living space that comprises two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and a common room. Guests at the Falcon Nest can enjoy a 360 degree of the surrounding landscapes, including the San Francisco Peek that is 120 miles away.
Although time has taken some of the beauty of its architecture , the stricking structure and unusual design goes a long way. $1.5 Million definitely seem a fair price to pay for such a stunning residence don’t you think?
