Home Design London
This modern villa was built in one of London’s most stylish suburbs. The owners used an architect to design the exterior. As Kolenik explains, ‘that means that he designed the hardware; the carcass of the house. We sat down together to discuss the interior routing and space division.’ Kolenik then took over and came up with the home design. He designed all the different rooms and took care of the furniture, finishes, and styling.
Loft Brussels
The first things that strike you when you walk into this loft in Brussels are its industrial feel and its seemingly endless space. Interior designer Robert Kolenik has created a stunning interplay of sleekly designed, dark elements in a raw environment, generating a warm synergy in a modern interior.
Apartment Amsterdam
Robert Kolenik describes this apartment in Amsterdam city center as a typical Amsterdam apartment, which comprises the upper three floors of a building. As part of his concept, the first thing that interior designer Robert Kolenik did was to design a large wall unit to link together all the spaces in the apartment naturally. The seating area is a symbiosis of color and style. The living room design features modern furniture, the side table and the coffee table are closely matched. Their luxury materials link up to the finishes on the wall cabinet creating an appealing ambiance.

Bistro Publique
For his interior design, Kolenik opted for a warm copper shade as the basis for his color palette. This is the main color in the restaurant’s grand stained glass windows, and it creates a feeling of peace and unity. The materials chosen underline the desired effect of exclusivity and accessibility, they create exciting contrasts, so each visit leaves you wanting more. As with many of Kolenik’s projects, the majority of the furniture is custom-made. So too are the lighting elements. This ensures that all the items live up to the high-quality standards of the virtuoso designs. It also enables Kolenik to create that recognizable signature and high quality that a hospitality design demands.

Restaurant De Werf
“Create affordable luxury in beautiful surroundings.” That was the hospitality design brief given to Robert Kolenik by the owners of Restaurant De Werf. The existing interior and routing were given a rigorous overhaul to create today’s hospitality design. All the furniture, with the exception of the bar stools and lighting, are bespoke Kolenik designs for De Werf. The interior designer has his own furniture range and his expertise with comfortable seating has been harnessed here. The color palette is refined and understated and materials such as blued steel, wood, and leather have been used. These lend the interior that surprising edge that you would expect from a Kolenik design.
Casino Design
The objective for this casino project was to create a distinctive design that possessed in itself the client brand´s DNA. The end result? An inviting hospitality design where visitors can experience an unforgettable evening out. The starting point for the design is a combination of recognizable colors taken from the casino’s house style. These have subsequently been interpreted by Robert Kolenik’s natural, stylish eye.
Brandsøn Maastricht
The client wished for an inviting and luxurious ambiance for his new venue. A space that doesn’t put off; that’s easily approachable for newcomers and passers-by. Kolenik translated this into a smart blend of timeless chic elements that ooze a homely feel. Entering the establishment, a generous curved-shaped bar wows its guests. It’s the perfect spot to have a drink, the shape naturally supporting social interaction. The fine dining area, intentionally placed at the rear end of the restaurant, has a more Scandinavian feel to it. Clean yet warm and surprisingly cozy, it’s a place many would love to call home thanks to a blend of more quiet natural hues, warmer colors, and rich, real materials such as wood, stone, bronze, and leather. Vintage furniture further enhances the feeling of being at home.
