They began in 2004 with just 20 employees and have now grown to a team of over 600 international designers. The objective of Jiang and Associates is to “build a paradise on earth via design.”

Frank Jiang is the chairman of J&A, as well as the Vice President of the China Interior Decoration Association, the Deputy Director of the China Institute of Architecture’s Interior Design Branch, and other social roles.
