According to the Los Angeles Times, the former Black Sabbath frontman and his wife, The Talk UK host, have just listed their 11,565-square-foot estate in one of LA’s most affluent areas for $18 million.

A.K. Kellogg built the trophy property in 1929. The historic home has six bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a movie theater, and a large swimming pool, and it sits on more than half an acre of land.

The Osbournes’ three-story home is a tribute to the Hancock Park neighborhood’s rich history, which dates back 100 years.

The Spanish Colonial Revival-style mansion was meticulously restored to preserve its architecture.

It has all of the modern conveniences, including a velvet-lined screening room and a grand chef’s kitchen, but it still has a stately appearance.
