Since Lecoadic and Scotto wanted to make sure that every element, including reflections, perspective, and light, stood out, they made the decision to completely alter the floor plan. The location of the apartment and the breathtaking view of the well-known historic gardens of the Palais Royal alone would make that situation even better. The apartment’s color scheme, which uses the range of hues reserved for grays, gray-greens, and silver-grays, describes itself as neutral.

Lecoadic and Scotto made the decision to renovate the two large mirrors and the original floors in accordance with the design’s chosen color scheme.
