A Stunning Minimalist Beach House
To expand the usable space, a mezzanine level has been added inside. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the front facade provide various views depending on the floor you are on. The large glass front also lets in natural light, keeping the entire home airy and light.
The open second level makes perfect sense with a 5-meter-high ceiling (roughly 16.5 feet high). The minimalist, all-white kitchen is covered by a wooden mezzanine, leaving the living room‘s double-height ceiling exposed.
Three stairs at the back of the room lead to a level with the restroom and the bottom of the actual staircase. The staircase is open to let in as much light as possible and to maintain clear sightlines in the small area.

The unfinished wood mezzanine and curved ceiling counterbalance the white walls, floor, and ceiling. To help warm the area, green plants are strewn here and there.
A long wooden table/desk that also serves as a railing upstairs offers a lot of usable surface area. The bed is located on the third level which is directly behind the desk.
