The staff of the СHASHKINA INTERIOR studio is a team of creative-minded people who develop design projects for private and public interiors. They offer clients professional assistance in interior, exterior, and object design. The result of many years of activity is a developed original style, established relationships only with the most reliable and trusted partners, and projects of excellence.

ADD Awards

The international professional award ADDAWARDS.RU for architects, designers, and developers is an independent open competition in the field of private and public architecture, interior, object, and landscape design. The goal is to create a professional community to establish communication between all participants in the interior and architectural market.

The awards were created in 2015 by FineStreet Media Group as a response to a request from the design community. The principles of equality of participants, independence, and professionalism of the jury and expert council are the cornerstones on which the project was built and developed over the course of 7 years.

During this period, the scope of the Prize has increased by more than 20 times, the number of participants has increased by 10 times, and the geography of the project has expanded to 161 cities and 28 countries.

The ADDAWARDS.RU team assembled the best things from past seasons: open participation for designers, an opportunity for studios and enterprises to present their projects and products, a two-day bright event for participants in the interior market as a summing up of the award, an exhibition of interior novelties and an accompanying business program, as well as a traditional holiday for all designers and the best end of the working year – the awards ceremony in December!

The Project

Chashkina Interiors’ project is nominated in the Country House And Townhouse category. The townhouse of three levels is located on the shores of the Upper Lake – the most prestigious place in Kaliningrad, in the complex of Clubhouses LEGENDS OF THE LAKE.

The first floor of the house is located on two levels. The first level includes an entrance area with adjoining rooms – a kitchen with an island, a dining room with a guest bathroom, and a hall with a staircase.

The living room is beautifully decorated with LUXXU’s Babel Chandelier. The inspiration for this lighting fixture is still a myth, but the elegance present in every crystal of this luxury chandelier is real. LUXXU brought the fantasy of detail to reality through these magnificent and lush crystals.

The master bedroom‘s colour palette consists of a mixture of nude tones with royal blue. Blue remains the colour associated with royalty and the divine so it is the perfect choice for a master bedroom. On the other hand, the soft tones of beige and white create a much-needed balance because the excessive use of blue may create a cold or uncaring ambiance.

Tropical Jungle was the theme chosen for the bathroom, where black and gold are the main colours and the wallpaper adds a fun twist to the room.
