A Grand Slam Of Real Estate Properties
Rafael Nadal enjoys living a lavish lifestyle, which is evident just by looking at his opulent home. One of the highest tennis players in the world, Nadal purchased his stunning home in Mallorca in 2003 for $4 million where he spends most of his time with his family, when he’s not on the road.
The house is located in a nice neighbourhood in Porto Cristo, a very appealing area, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. During summer it is a region frequently visited by adults and children who wish to enjoy some refreshing beach vibes. Additionally, the house is a historical landmark itself. The land was formerly owned by the ancestors of the people who built the Caves of Drach, one of Mallorca’s top tourist destinations!
The house stands out for its style and luxurious essence. Besides that, the property also adds to functionality, especially in the rooms dedicated to fitness, workout and entertainment. With 2 stories and 3 bedrooms, it is the perfect house for the family.
The house has a characteristic Mallorcan style, with furniture and decor in earthy tones. Both interiors and exterior areas have a minimalist and modern finish that never goes out of style. The living room includes exposed ceiling beams that match the beachy atmosphere of the region.

Soft colours and floor-to-ceiling doors allow the space to take as much advantage of natural light as possible, which not only makes it an eco-friendly property but also contributes to the calm and relaxing atmosphere the house exudes.
There is also plenty of outside space where the family can enjoy some quality time. The swimming pool is perfect for the hot summer days and the tennis court is obligatory! Besides these sporty areas, the house also includes a gym.
Located in the basement, the gym includes everything that a professional athlete needs to keep in shape. For someone who follows a strict training plan like Rafael Nadal, a room like this is must be part of the house.

Nadal’s house in Playa Nueva Romana is worth $2 million. The 2-story villa was purchased in 2012 and includes a swimming pool that enhances the look of the entire house.
The interiors follow the same minimalist approach as the other house owned by the tennis player. Take as an example the dining room, a place that can be best described with the word “simplicity”. The space has been given a superb finish with a wooden dining table and chairs in the middle of the room, with a rectangular window allowing a calming view of the landscape.
