Gwyneth Paltrow’s Tribecca Townhouse, which was once a candy factory, is now in the market for $25 million dollars.

The actress’ current home, in Manhattan, described as a “pale, dreamy cloud…not just in palette and texture, but in spirit”, just went into contract. But a former property of Paltrow is now up for sale, and it’s even in the same neighborhood.

The house belonged to Gwyneth and her ex-husband/Coldplay’s vocalist Chris Martin. They moved out in 2009 and purchased another home in Tribecca. This area in New York City is known for having properties with big areas. Located in a cobblestone street, the 11,842 square foot townhouse is a loft-style and has 1,600 square feet of outdoor space.
