Celebrity Homes : Gwyneth Paltrow’s Tribecca Townhouse is up for Sale
Gwyneth Paltrow’s Tribecca Townhouse, which was once a candy factory, is now in the market for $25 million dollars.
The actress’ current home, in Manhattan, described as a “pale, dreamy cloud…not just in palette and texture, but in spirit”, just went into contract. But a former property of Paltrow is now up for sale, and it’s even in the same neighborhood.
The house belonged to Gwyneth and her ex-husband/Coldplay’s vocalist Chris Martin. They moved out in 2009 and purchased another home in Tribecca. This area in New York City is known for having properties with big areas. Located in a cobblestone street, the 11,842 square foot townhouse is a loft-style and has 1,600 square feet of outdoor space.
The 5-story townhouse has a stunning industrial style kitchen with a nice area and tons of space to entertain. The kitchen includes decorative details such as pendant lights and plants that add character to this amazing space.
The property still has a lot of its original features, such as cast-iron columns and shop windows. The bedroom, with great areas, has a luxurious and cozy feeling. It almost feels like a hotel room.
