The celebrity home was first put on the market two years ago for $75 Million, but later she decided to cut down the price by $16 million, having parted ways with the 17 room residence.

The reasons behind such sale lays within the celebrity’s lack of time to actually stay in the property. “This apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time” says Moore.

Moore’s new york penthouse has approximately 7,000-square-feet with six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a gasp worthy monthly co-op fees of $19,322, opens to a double-height entry with Arts and Crafts-inspired curved staircase and gleaming cherry wood floors that flow into a series of elegantly proportioned public rooms that include a tremendous living room with three exposures and a fireplace accented with turquoise ceramic tile.
