Violetta Ustayev is known for her distinctive, holistic approach when it comes to her designs, so it is no surprise that she would infuse that in this Brooklyn project. What could be just another project is brought to life by the dynamic imposed by the choice of furniture and upholstery items, as well as the colourful wall art that adds the final touch to this living room.

The graphic rug sets the centre stage for the room, and with a geometric center table atop of it, the living room setting is created around it. The lack of show-stopping lighting fixtures allows other objects to shine on their own way, an example of that being the screens that separate the living room from the adjacent areas.

Notice how the two ottomans are used as supporting sitting objects instead of armchairs. Besides serving their common purpose, these two upholstery items work also as statement pieces. In the back, you can spot LUXXU’s Waterfall Sputnik Plafond, a lighting fixture made with gold-plated brass and a series of ribbed crystal tubes. Joining the best of the Waterfall collection and the details of Sputnik lamps, this luxury plafond is the ideal choice for those seeking a statement lamp that will stand out from the crowd.

Stepping inside the dining room, we are immediately greeted by LUXXU’s iconic Empire Suspension. The Empire suspension gets its inspiration from the Empire family’s first creation, the Empire chandelier. This exclusive fixture is made with one elegant layer of brass and crystal glass that will fit perfectly in any space. It is the ultimate statement piece for a room with a darker colour scheme and minimal decor.

We move on to the kitchen, where tones are lighter and nature takes form in these soft toned wood cabinets. The geometric heart-shaped tiles with golden accents add a feminine and elegant touch to the room, matching the attomic-like lighting fixture that hangs above a marbled island.

Every luxury house has more than one relaxing room and this project is no exception. Violetta Ustayev played with the shape of the room and made the most out of it, assuring that it has all the essential items a living room asks for! Our favourite piece is this stunning centre table that also works as a sitting element.

Finally, the hallway that connects every room to one another includes a stunning marble floor that is the epitome of luxury and sophistication when it comes to interior design. The elegant black and white staircase is supported by a simple yet stylish handrail with golden accents, proof that small details make a great difference!
