Alexander McQueen’s Spanish Villa Sold For Almost $3 Million
Discover this luxury home that once was Alexander McQueen’s Spanish Villa. It was recently sold for $2.78 Million.
The late British fashion designer style left a mark on the world, but McQueen not only had a great sense of style on the runaway but also in other areas, as for example interior design, which can be seen in this villa that was once his home, until his tragic death in 2010.
Located in the coastal town of Santa Ponsa on the Mallorca island and with views over the surrounding area and the Sierra Tramuntana, this luxury villa is a dream vacation home with incredible amenities!
The Spanish Villa is located in a truly privileged area, with the turquoise waters and golden sand beaches. However, it’s not a usual location to find celebrity homes in.
The modern villa filled with a ton of light due to the big floor-to-ceiling windows also includes marble floors, that come equipped with underfloor heating.
It also features a modern kitchen with a dining space made for entertaining and a living room with a fireplace for the chilly winter nights. Of course, the property comes with air conditioning for the hot summer days.

Renovated in 2015, it includes five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master suite features a jacuzzi style soaker tub.
But it doesn’t end here! The villa also has two spacious outdoor areas for entertaining and an infinity pool that overlooks the bay!
