Where Anything Is Possible
One Park Villa, China
The inside of this 3,000 m2 private villa, which is part of a more extensive complex, was given to Areen Design to redesign. With five storeys and apartments on the upper level for each family member, including a bedroom, bathroom, study, and living area, this house is the largest individual residence in the development.
Each property features incredibly unique interior areas that are connected by priceless and enduring spaces that the whole family may enjoy. A swimming pool, movie theatre, gym, and spa are located in the basement.
Private Residence, Saudi Arabia
To renovate this massive private residence in Saudi Arabia, Areen Design was hired as interior designers and procurement agents to turn it into a luxurious family home.
Intricate hand-tufted silk rugs, cast bronze ornamental screens with inset crystal embellishments, custom-designed furniture, and other opulent customised pieces are featured throughout the contemporary-classic design.

Royal Suite, Westin Palace, Madrid
Areen Design was asked to rebuild The Westin Palace Madrid‘s Royal Suite after previously redesigning the hotel’s guestrooms and executive suites. The structure has always had a distinctive role in the city’s history because of its iconic history and setting.
You can spot the Neptune fountain and the Prado Museum from the hotel’s fourth-floor Royal Suite. The suite includes a sumptuous master bedroom and bathroom, a separate dining room with an attached study, a kitchenette, a powder room, and an oval-shaped living area.
J.W. Marriott Tétouan
The five-star hotel JW Marriott in Morocco was also designed by Areen. Traditional Moroccan designs, materials, and legacy served as the basis for interior design. All hotel guests are warmly welcomed by the exquisite yet modern interiors, which respect these values.

The Social House, Kenya
The hotel industry in Nairobi has been expanding steadily, but very few of them have developed settings or experiences that are genuine, inventive or representative of the city’s diverse population. It is clear to visitors the instant they enter The Social House in Nairobi’s “The Living Room” that Areen’s design was based on an understanding of this context.
Areen‘s client approached the business with the challenge of developing a unique kind of hotel—one that would appeal to Kenyans from many different backgrounds and that would feel different and yet familiar each time they returned. A hotel which would be viewed as a collection of real, interesting, and changing living places rather than as just a hotel. Areen was given a rare opportunity by this idea, as well as the ability to investigate a totally different brand.
King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The International Hub’s international and domestic lounges for CIP and VIP passengers were designed by Areen Design. The goal was to keep the project’s world-class aesthetic and carefully chosen finishes that reflected the project’s cultural context.
