Studiopepe has completed a Bangkok boutique for Thai fashion chain Jaspal, using locally sourced materials that include handmade ceramics and rattan.
Located within IconSian, one of Thailand’s largest retail complexes, the 460 square-meter stores are designed to feature an array of contrasting surfaces.
Studiopepe’s artistic directors Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto looked to Thai heritage and culture when selecting these materials. As well as handmade tiles and rattan, they worked with linen and wood.

Infinity Wellbeing Spa by Space Popular
A tropical garden can be seen from within this spa in Sukhumvit, Bangkok, which architecture studio Space Popular has designed with a soothing green and white treatment rooms.
Infinity Wellbeing is set within a building on one of the side streets, or “sois”, that lead off Sukhumvit’s main road.
It is entered via a luscious garden planted with dragon trees and lipstick palms, which Space Popular hopes will offset the shops, food vendors, and towering skyscrapers that cluster around the spa.
Mandarin Oriental Refurbishment by Jeffrey Wilkes
The decorative enhancements are set against a proud Thai history, showcasing an unmistakable Thai-inspired flair and atmosphere. The new interior design is further enhanced during evening hours through the installation of a lighting system that highlights the vibrant new color scheme of burnt sepia, crimson reds, and cool grays.

Restaurant & Showroom by Binova Kitchens & Whitespace
Strategically located in a freestanding building in an upscale residential area of Bangkok, Binova wished to create a destination to engage customers for their kitchens and home products business. A Bistro-style restaurant was created to draw customer traffic– helping to maximize exposure to their retail offer.
With homeowners and the interior design trade identified as target customers, inspiration is a key element of the customer experience. They created a clean, contemporary and flexible neutral platform. Inspiring presentations of kitchens, furniture, and home decor items are the focal-points of the customer journey. Modular display elements were provided to allow limitless reconfigurations over time.

Langsuan suites of the Scope Residential Building by Thomas Juul-Hansen
Located in the heart of Bangkok’s city center, the soon-to-be-completed development for Scope is situated on a piece of the most expensive freehold land in the city. Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen was behind the interior design for Scope Langsuan, which will feature a calming color palette of warm, sandy hues and muted pastel tones.
Juul-Hansen has selected fittings and furniture to complement this color palette from brands such as Minotti, Walter Knoll, and Poliform, as well as designing some bespoke furniture pieces for each unit in the development.
