Jennifer Lopez just put her luxurious penthouse in Manhattan up for sale for $27 million. The singer is saying goodbye to the Flatiron district in New York City and rumor has it that she is on a quest to find a new property in the city.

J.Low already owns many properties across the US, in Hidden Hills and Bel Air, both located in California but it seems like she is trying to find one closer to the filming location of her tv show Shades of Blue.

The four-bed, 11-bath duplex penthouse is certainly very spacious, with roughly 6,250 square feet.  This open plan apartment is decorated in a modern yet classic and timeless style that primes on luxury details.

The kitchen is the centerpiece, with a huge island, open shelves, and the latest appliances, as a double-size wine fridge. The dining room located in the same area looks very luxurious, but it has a casual vibe to it that fits the room.

The location is extremely exclusive, the building was originally built in 1924 and has four residences in total, with the most amazing views the best of this unit are the  3,000 square feet of outdoor space.
