A modernist era gem, this iconic Amagansett retreat is a fully-restored original from the “Amenity” project conceived by noted architect Richard Bender in the early 1960’s as a cluster of linear light-infused beach cottages occupying a 20 acre private enclave surrounded by woodlands, preserved land and communal tennis.
Wrapped in extensive full-length glass, the space evokes the sensory pleasure of living under a canopy with the surrounding nature flowing through the space.
