A Brown University graduate born in Indianapolis, Markham moved to New York to work with Mark Hampton. In 1997, the interior designer took a further step in his professional career, by taking the bold decision of starting his firm!

His creations feature a multiplicity of styles, which can only be achieved by carefully considering the client’s needs and wants and integrate a touch of his charisma! The result? Comfortable, well-thoughted spaces that reflect a sense of uniqueness and sophistication!

Although the interest in decoration was born with him, Roberts didn’t realize that this would be his vocation until he started to do it professionally!

When working on a project, Markham Roberts is said to always consider the lives of whoever is going to use the space as a way to make them inviting and enjoyable! In his view, “Big, showy rooms are only great if they have warmth, depth, and character”.
