Located in the main area at the Sheikh Zayed Road, the 5 Stars Rosemont Hotel and Residences is the latest modern architectural creation, designed by ZAS Group. Valued in 300$ million, this stunning project is revolutionizing the entire concept of luxury and modern design. This super rich and incredible luxury interior design hotel has 450 rooms, a luxurious cinema, a modern design dining restaurant, a sky lobby, retail shops and a ‘sheesha’ coffee.

As the project’s main designer, ZAS Group is collaborating with the local firm contractor Civil Engineering and Contracting and is now starting working to build the 13.000 sq.m towers. On the first floor the 47 – story towers will be connected by a 5-story podium.
