Park Hyatt Hotel Has New $700 Luxe Room Service Breakfast
Prestigious Park Hyatt Hotel introduces brand new room service breakfast that is worth $700.
The One57 tower is dedicated to housing New York’s wealthiest, and it turns out that the Park Hyatt, the luxury hotel that operates 118 rooms and 92 suites in the building’s base, is just as dedicated to feeding them.
Earlier this month, the luxe five-star hotel introduced a room service breakfast for two that will cost hungry — and rich — visitors $700.
Like any extravagant meal worth its salt, the spread — dubbed the “Central Park” breakfast– includes caviar. And because it’s breakfast, there are also eggs.
The meal begins with champagne — a bottle of Dom Perignon 2004 to be precise. “Its fine bubbles combined with a floral taste wakes the senses so guests fully enjoy the delicate flavor of Petrossian caviar and a warm, buttery brioche,” executive chef Sebastien Archambault told LLNYC.

Guests then choose their eggs. There’s the Florentine: a poached egg resting on a bed of spinach and Maine Lobster, dressed with Hollandaise sauce on a toasted English muffin. Or there’s the “perfectly marbled wagyu beef, grilled medium to allow the fat to melt in your mouth, combined with a crispy poached egg and golden hash browns.”
It certainly sounds better than Fruit Loops.
