Royal Pavilion – Shanghai
The Royal Pavilion is in Jingan District, one of Shanghai’s most affluent neighborhoods. The flats are all modern, with white walls and functional furniture. The decor is simple but elegant, with a limited color palette, wood, and brown and beige furniture.
Nanjing Mandarin Palace I – Nanjing
This Nanjing-based project is fantastic! It has a modern feel to it while also retaining a traditional Oriental flavor. The Nanjing Mandarin Palace reflects the city of Nanjing, the ancient capital city of ten dynasties.
From the living room to the master bedroom, it is designed in a contemporary Chinese architectural style. The interior decoration uses a beige palette with silver, wooden, and black components to convey a sense of Chinese history with luxurious features.
One Park Shangha – Shanghai
This Shanghai property, which was completed in 2015, features an appealing yet simple contemporary design. Steve Leung Designers employs a beige palette with a contemporary style that combines East and West design elements to create a vibrant and eye-catching space decoration.

Kau to HIGHLAND is a collection of 20 villas featuring the work of international celebrity designers such as Steve Leung Designers. The company decorated the two houses on this premium property.
Marinella – Hong Kong
The villa is part of Marinella, which is located at 9 Welfare Road in Aberdeen. The house was decorated in three different styles, with each style using three different brands. The design of the entire room was inspired by Giorgetti, an Italian furniture brand. The project strikes a balance between traditional shapes and contemporary styles, with the majority of the furniture being made of wood and using creamy and warm brown tones.
Yoo Residence I&II – Hong Kong
YOO Residence is Steve Leung Designers and YOO’s first residential project in Hong Kong. This upscale residential complex in Causeway Bay has 140 apartments with various access lobbies and clubhouses.
Steve Leung Designers created two interior designs for Yoo Residence, both of which reflect his contemporary style. He used elements of water and wood to build this elegant home. This property was named “Best Interior Design Show Home” at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
Ocean Bay – Hong Kong
Ocean Bay is a building in Chung Hom Kok. In this project, Steve Leung Designers used a white color scheme throughout the entire flat. The only other color in this flat besides white is the one in the painting. This room’s décor highlights the stunning view of Hong Kong Island.
The Hampton I&II – Hong Kong
The Hampton is located in Hong Kong’s Happy Valley, and each of the eleven units has its own distinct style. Hampton I, which has a contemporary concept, has a minimalist feel.
This project design is elegant but stylish, with cream and dark black color tones. The Hampton II exudes Modern Elegance with its clear and beautiful silver and white color palette.
One Lasalle I, II&III – Hong Kong
At One Lasalle, Steve Leung Designers worked on three projects. One Lasalle I and II are decorated in a traditional Chinese style, with simple yet exquisite furniture and a warm color palette. One Lasalle III has a more luxurious style with dark and traditional furniture.
Mandarin Palace – Shanghai
